However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at matsebeletsomathakhoe20@gmail.com and we'll resolve it — including a replacement file or refund where appropriate.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
